These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Meezan Travel and Courier ("we", "our", "us"), located at 3 Corporation St, Walsall, WS1 4HW. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1 Services We Provide

Meezan Travel and Courier provides the following services:

  • IDP Application & Verification Service — professional application processing via our authorised PayPoint terminal
  • Courier and cargo services — sea cargo and air cargo to Pakistan from the UK
  • Flight booking and travel consultation

2 Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information for all service requests
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are genuine and valid
  • You must inform us promptly of any changes to your personal details or application information
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the services you are using

3 Payments and Fees

  • All fees for services are communicated at the time of booking or application
  • Payment must be made in full before services are processed, unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept payments via cash, card, and bank transfer as applicable
  • Third-party fees (e.g. embassy fees, government charges, courier surcharges) are payable in addition to our service fees and are non-refundable

4 Service Processing and Delivery

  • We aim to process all applications and services within the timeframes communicated at the time of booking
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on third-party agencies, government authorities, or courier providers
  • We are not liable for delays caused by external organisations, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control
  • For courier services, delivery times depend on the courier partner and destination

5 IDP Application & Verification Service — Terms of Service

5.1 Our Status

Meezan Travel & Courier Ltd is an Authorised PayPoint Agent (Site ID: 31144054). We are authorised to process and issue International Driving Permits (IDPs) through the official PayPoint network. You can verify our status on the PayPoint Store Locator by searching postcode WS1 4HW.

5.2 Service Description

We provide a professional IDP Application & Verification Service. This is not the sale of a government document — it is a convenience service for customers who prefer remote processing rather than visiting a Post Office in person.

5.3 Fee Breakdown

Our total fee of £29.99 is transparently divided as follows:

IDP Fee (paid to PayPoint) £5.50
Professional Service & Handling Fee £24.49
Total £29.99

The service fee covers: application verification of your UK driving licence via DVLA check code, passport photo printing, IDP processing using our authorised PayPoint terminal, secure handling, and home delivery.

5.4 Applicant Eligibility

  • You must hold a valid Great Britain or Northern Ireland photocard driving licence
  • You must be a resident of Great Britain or Northern Ireland
  • You must be 18 years of age or older

5.5 Verification & Processing

  • Upon payment, you must provide clear copies of your driving licence and a compliant passport photo
  • All applications are manually reviewed by our staff in our Walsall office to ensure compliance before the permit is issued
  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any application if the documents provided do not meet requirements or if the licence is found to be invalid
  • Processing takes 1–2 working days. Your IDP is then dispatched via tracked home delivery to the address on your driving licence

5.6 Delivery

  • Your IDP will be delivered to the address registered on your UK driving licence
  • Ensure your driving licence address is up to date before applying
  • Meezan Travel & Courier Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or incorrect address information

5.7 Cancellations & Refunds

  • If your application is rejected during our manual check, a full refund of £29.99 will be issued
  • Once the IDP has been physically printed and issued via the PayPoint terminal, the IDP fee (£5.50) is non-refundable as it has been processed through the PayPoint system

5.8 Disclaimer

Meezan Travel & Courier Ltd is an independent service provider. We are not a government agency. Customers who wish to apply for an IDP without a service fee can do so in person at participating Post Office branches for the IDP fee of £5.50. Our online service is designed for customers seeking the convenience of remote processing and professional document handling.

6 Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
  • Our liability is limited to the service fees paid by you for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you

7 Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Sunday: Closed

Our team shall only respond to online or phone requests within these working hours. Any enquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next working day.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
