  • Payment information: Processed securely via Stripe — we never see or store your card details
  • Website usage data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and cookies (via Google Analytics)

2 How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process and fulfil your service requests (international driving permits, courier and cargo bookings, flight bookings)
  • To verify your eligibility for an IDP by checking your driving licence details via our PayPoint terminal
  • To print and issue your physical IDP document
  • To communicate with you regarding your applications or enquiries
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations under UK law

3 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • PayPoint: Your driving licence details are processed through our authorised PayPoint terminal to issue your IDP
  • Courier companies: Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, and other partners for cargo and delivery services
  • Stripe: Our payment processor — they handle your card payment securely. We never store card details
  • Legal authorities: Where required by law, regulation, or legal proceedings

4 Data Storage and Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff in our Walsall office only.

IDP Document Retention

  • All digital uploads (driving licence images, photos) are transmitted via SSL encryption
  • Your sensitive document copies are securely deleted from our processing system once your IDP has been issued and delivered
  • Physical access to our PayPoint terminal is restricted to authorised staff only
  • We never sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing companies
