An International Driving Permit (IDP) is a document that allows you to drive in foreign countries when used alongside your valid UK driving licence. It is an official translation of your driving licence and is recognised in over 140 countries worldwide.
The IDP does not replace your driving licence - you must carry both documents together when driving abroad.

Your International Driving Permit is dispatched via tracked home delivery. Once your IDP has been posted, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
You can track your parcel using the tracking reference provided to you via email or phone.
No. PayPoint confirms that anyone can apply for an IDP on your behalf if they have all of your correct documents. As an authorised PayPoint agent (Site ID 31144054), Meezan Travel completes the application for you at our PayPoint terminal and delivers your permit to the address on your UK driving licence.
